At CIK, the interview process usually begins with a phone interview
so that we may find out more about you and your qualifications for
the position, as well as tell you about the position. The goal in
this stage is to make sure you are qualified, and that you also
have a basic understanding of the expectations for the position.
Next, you come in for an in-house interview with
the hiring manager(s) and are given the chance to show why you are
qualified. We provide more details about the demands of the job
and further determine if you may or may not be the right fit for
the job. This step also gives us the chance to take you on a tour
of our facility and show off the highlights of our corporate culture
- something in which we take great pride!
The interviewing process usually ends with a lunch
or coffee interview in which you have the chance to meet with others
in a position similar to the one for which you are interviewing. This step is often accompanied by a job shadow on the same day -
to make sure you fully understand, and enjoy, what you will be doing
if hired. This interview is a chance for you to make sure you will
get along with your potential peers, as well as for them to make
sure you have what it takes to succeed at CIK!
Finally, should you prove to be the best fit for
the position, we will extend you an offer and look forward to welcoming
